Delete your TravelHood account

For the TravelHood app by TravelHood

In the app (fastest)

1. Open TravelHood and tap the round account button at the right of the search bar.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.
3. Your account and its synced data are removed right away.

Without the app

Email support@gettravelhood.com from the Google email address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you write from a different address, we may ask you to confirm the account is yours first.

What gets deleted

• Your TravelHood account (your Google name, email, profile photo and account ID as stored by us)
• Your synced plans, saved places, My phrases and starred phrases

What's kept

Nothing on our servers. Data already on your phone, such as plans and saved places, stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its storage, so you don't lose it by deleting the account. Bookings made on Viator or ticket sites are held by those companies, so contact them to delete those.
